We provide a certified professional engineer and designer, as required by the Ontario Building Code, for all new and retrofit construction requiring approval for heat loss/gain calculation at your local township office.

Information from blueprints or architectural designs is input into an AutoCAD program specifically designed to determine the optimum location, zone layout, ventilation, and grill location. Our designer measures the total square footage for each zone, using these square footages to determine the air change and size of the distribution ducts.

GAC Systems' Mechanical Engineer conducts a room-by-room heat loss/gain analysis on the home to determine the exact heat load for each room. The engineer then finalizes the design by sizing all systems. The final selections are transferred to shop drawings and control drawings that installers use to construct the system.

Upon client approval, a GAC Systems technician installs and starts up the system. Once the job is complete, an Operating and Maintenance Manual is provided to the owner. Additionally, the owner can choose to have a GAC Systems service technician perform annual maintenance checks.

With minimal disruption to your production schedules, our specialist team can rejuvenate your existing system through an upgrade or retrofit, aligning them with your current production requirements. We can modify existing setups and schematics. GAC delivers 24/7 emergency service to support customers' critical manufacturing functions with prompt and accurate troubleshooting capabilities.
